What do you think of Newcastle and our region and what are your favourite things to do?

Absolutely love Newcastle! Locals and students are all friendly, amazing nightlife, pretty compact town centre, loads of fab places to eat and things to do! Perfect student city!

Did you find Northumbria University welcoming? Was it easy to fit in?

So welcoming! Everyone is in the same boat. You can go out and be friends with anyone from Northumbria.

What have you enjoyed most about coming to Northumbria University?

Life experiences - flying the nest! You learn so much about yourself and meeting new people.

What is your favourite place on campus?

The quad by the SU, especially when it's sunny, everyone is in good spirit and having fun.

What is the best thing about your course?

I love everything about my course but can tell you my least favourites! Best bit has been meeting people first year.

What are the most valuable lessons you have learnt to date?

Things about myself and how to hold myself!

If you could offer some advice to students thinking of coming to study here what would you say?

Take advantage of your first year, grab every opportunity and don't hold back, be as sociable, have fun because you won't get it back!

How do you feel you have changed as a person since being at Northumbria University, Newcastle (e.g. confidence)?

I feel more I developed more and know more about myself now but know I have so much more growing to do!

If you had 3 words to sum up your time with us what would they be?

Inspiring, crazy, memorable.

Would you recommend Northumbria University to a friend?
