But don't worry, if you don't meet the requirements, we offer a range of Pre-sessional English and Study Skills programmes throughout the year and we also run a large Summer School.
We provide a warm, friendly and supportive environment for international students to prepare for UG and PG study.
In addition, we provide in-sessional support to international students across the university and we also offer a portfolio of short courses for professionals.
Students will experience a range of academic contexts and tasks and develop their ability to deal with the study requirements of a British university whilst improving their academic and social English.
Our programmes aim to help students become confident, independent and reflective learners who are able to devise their own strategies for continuing their English language and academic development both at Northumbria and beyond.
