What undergraduate course did you study and where?

I did my undergrad in Computer Sci. and specialized in network security in New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT) New Jersey US.

Why did you decide to study a masters?

I decided to study a Masters because i did not only want to enhance my knowledge of this subjuct but because my passion and love for it grown, and I felt that completing my masters would satisfy my academic thirst of the subject. In addition I was also please to know that the masters would boost my status and role in my career.

Why did you choose Northumbria University? Why did you choose your specific course?

I pick Northumbria University because the computer networking course was the best fit for my plans in the future, the course not only focused on Cisco methodology but also strengthen my understanding of computer networking and how it integrated with other devices around us.

What makes your specific course challenging/inspiring/different? How would you sum up the difference between Undergraduate and Postgraduate study?

What makes this course different is the intensity of the course work,though that might seem frighten to some believe me it only motivates one to test their boundaries and surpass any limits they before in respect to this course.

What was it like studying at Northumbria? What are the different ways that you learn on your course?

Studying in Northumbria was a mix of everything, lectures and seminars were interesting and hands on. the course work was highly team drive which help in introducing me to new friends, ideas and way of life.

What impressed you most about our academic staff?

They were also available when need even during non office hours.

As a postgraduate student, what aspects of university life are important to you?

Facilities and student community/interaction

What doors do you think this course will open for you? How will your course help you achieve your career goals/give your career an edge?

I had already started my career in the US before doing my Masters by after this program i believe the sky is the limit for me, and no door if beyond by reach.

Have you changed as a person?

I have, all the student, actives and course work i have done this year has truly changed me and opened by eyes to a wide range of culture and understanding that i could not have had if i did not do this program.

How would you describe yourself in 3 words before coming to Northumbria? What are the 3 key skills and attributes you have gained since being here?

Determined, driven, happy!the 3 key skills and attribute i have gained since i have being here would have to be: self-awareness, knowledge, and a self understand of the things that matter most in life.

How would you describe Northumbria in 3 words?

Unique, different and fun!

Do you feel that your course has been a worthwhile investment in your future?

YES!
