At Northumbria, we are passionate about bringing together our inspirational courses, forward-thinking staff and innovative students to tackle the challenges of tomorrow.  Northumbria champions students who are curious, hardworking and academically gifted.

Northumbria is pleased to be working with Savills to introduce the Savills (UK) Scholarship for Undergraduate students looking to enrol in September 2023.

Founded in the UK in 1855, Savills is one of the world's leading property agents.  Their experience and expertise spans the globe, employing over 40,000 people in over 700 offices across the Americas, Europe, Asia Pacific, Africa and the Middle East.  They pride themselves on providing market leading advice with an all-encompassing range of property services across Commercial, Residential and Rural sectors; including but not limited to Valuation, Leasing, Capital Markets, Property Management, Building Surveying and Projects and Planning and Development.

This gift aims to inspire talented students from under-represented backgrounds to study at Northumbria University.  It also supports the ambition to increase diversity in the Built Environment sector, and clearly aligns with the values of Savills.  The scholarship will award one highly gifted Undergraduate student studying on one of the below eligible courses* £2,000 in years one, two and three** (to a total of £6,000) to provide support with living costs. The scholarship recipient will also receive tailored invites to organisation events and other appropriate opportunities such as; mentorship and work experience in order to support their development.
