Artificial Intelligence and Digital Technologies

The Artificial Intelligence and Digital Technologies (AIDT) research cluster is led by Professor Wai Lok Woo. AIDT supports interdisciplinary research in AI, Machine Learning, intelligent systems and digital technologies to solve real-world problems. Under this cluster, there are three research groups.

In 2019, researchers in this cluster played a key role in a successful bid to become an Academic Centre of excellence in Cyber Security Research, 1 out of only 19 other UK institutes to receive this recognition.
