Thailand

The University has a long history of accepting Thai students onto its degree programmes. Our Thai students are enrolled on programmes as diverse as Arts and Social Sciences, Business, Computing and Information Science, Design Management, Engineering Management, Global Logistics, Operations and Supply Chain Management, International Management, ThailandInternational Trade Law, Mass Communication Management, Music Management, Public Administration, Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages and many more.

Although some courses have specific requirements for entry, Northumbria will consider any qualification for entry to its courses.

International Foundation Programme Mathayom (MAW) 5 GPA 2.5
Mathayom (MAW) 6 GPA 2.0
1st Year Undergraduate  Advanced Diploma / Associate Degree GPA 2.5
  Mathayom (MAW) 6 GPA 3.0 from top schools (see below)
  Mathayom (MAW) 6 GPA 3.0 from other Schools and need a O-NET 70%
Postgraduate Programmes Bachelor Degree  GPA 2.5 for courses which require a UK 2:2 equivalent

GPA 3.0 for courses which require a UK 2:1 equivalent
Graduate Certificate Bachelor Degree  GPA 2.0

Actual requirements may vary depending on your chosen course of study and certain courses may have specific or additional entry requirements, full details can be found on our course directory. Decisions for entry will also be based on personal statements, previous study information and not just your final course grading.
