Northumbria University welcomes applicants from Namibia with a range of qualifications across our pathway, undergraduate, postgraduate and research courses.

Please note that the following are general entry guidelines for students from Namibia. Actual requirements may vary depending on your chosen course of study, and some courses may have specific or additional entry criteria; full details are available in our course directory. Decisions for entry will also be based on personal statements and previous study information, not just your final course grading.

Although some courses have specific requirements for entry, Northumbria will consider any qualification for entry to its courses.

International Foundation Programme Namibia Senior Secondary Certificate (Higher Level) 70%
Undergraduate Programmes - advanced entry Bachelor Degree (post 2008) Good 60-69%
Postgraduate Programmes Masters degree Good / 60% for courses requiring a UK 2:2

Very Good / 70%for courses requiring a UK 2:1
Graduate Certificate Masters degree 50%
Bachelor Degree (post 2008) 50%
