Please note that the following are general entry guidelines for students from Liberia. Actual requirements may vary depending on your chosen course of study, and some courses may have specific or additional entry criteria; full details are available in our course directory. Decisions for entry will also be based on personal statements and previous study information, not just your final course grading.

Although some courses have specific requirements for entry, Northumbria will consider any qualification for entry to its courses.

Senior School Certificate Minimum Grade 2
1st Year Undergraduate Applications will be considered on a case by case basis. Please contact international admissions   
Possible entry to 2nd Year Undergraduate Liberian Bachelor degree Minimum 70%/C grade
Postgraduate Liberian Master's degree Minimum 70-79%/C grade for courses requiring a 2:2

Minimum 80-89%/B grade for courses requiring a 2:1
Graduate Certificate Liberian Master's degree Minimum 65%
