Already Employed?

In order for you to be eligible to apply for our apprenticeship programmes, your employer needs to complete an application with Northumbria University to confirm they would like us to be your education provider for your apprenticeship programme. To start discussions ask your manager or training and development team to contact our Sales and Development Team by email or complete our online form to request a call back.

Not employed but interested in an Apprenticeship?

In order to apply for one of our apprenticeship programmes, apprentices are required to be in full-time employment. The first step is to be offered a job with an employer offering an apprenticeship position, and then you can apply for the Apprenticeship programme via your new employer. Employers usually have their own process for applications for an apprenticeship vacancy and further details will be explained on the specific vacancy page. Step 1 = Enquire

Contact our Sales and Business Development team to discuss our range of apprenticeship programmes and the development of your workforce.

Step 2 = Application

Once your development requirements are identified we will support you throughout the application process, guiding you every step of the way.

Step 3 = Agreement

Once a formal offer is made to the applicant, we will work with you to complete all required paperwork from contract to enrolment.

Step 4 = On Programme

We form a partnership with each employer in order to ensure you receive continued support throughout the apprenticeship programme and learning journey.
