Tracey joined Northumbria
University in 2006 as a Strategic Projects Manager to help launch the then new
School of Design building in City Campus East. Her role was to build
connections with local businesses, communities and partners to embed the school
in the region.
During her time at Northumbria
she has held both Faculty and central service roles spending most of her career
in Global Business and Marketing (GM&B) gaining experience in marketing,
recruitment, admissions, market research, portfolio management and
compliance.
In 2022 she left her role as
Deputy Director of GM&B to lead a University project focussed on improving
our customer experience, creating greater collaboration across GM&B and
SLAS (Student Library and Academic Services) for the benefit of the customer.
She joined SLAS as Executive
Director in September 2025.
