What is the Student Portal?

Your Student Portal brings all of the information, advice and support you need to help you navigate your Northumbria experience, together in one place.

This includes how to contact support services such as Ask4Help and links to Blackboard, the Library, email, your timetable, print balance, finance information, enrolment, attendance, personal information, Student Union representatives, the latest student news and much more.

When will I use the Student Portal?

You would use the Student Portal to find information on a 24 x 7 basis. There are hundreds of self-help articles that you can search by topic or submit a free text search. 

If a self-help article does not give you all the information you need, you can submit an enquiry to one of our dedicated support teams by using the free text box at the end of the article.

Any enquiries raised will be automatically routed to the relevant team in the University and you can monitor all communication in the My Enquiries area.
