Sisitha Jayasinghe

My research primarily explores how physical activity and exercise across all stages of life influence both individual and population health. This broad focus is supported by key areas of interest, including human nutrition and body composition. As an interventionist, I am committed to implementing both traditional strategies and contemporary, holistic public health approaches to promote physical activity and enhance healthspan.
