SUBMITTING YOUR VIDEO OR AUDIO

  • Please submit your video in either MOV or MP4 format.  (The default video output for Apple devices is MOV and Android is MP4)
  • Please submit your audio in MP3 or WAV format.
  • To submit the video click the UPLOAD button on the submission form and attach your file before submitting the form.
  • If you are submitting the submission form and video/audio from a desktop machine or laptop you will need to download the file from your mobile phone or video camera to that device.
  • If you are submitting the submission form and video/audio from a mobile phone you will be able attach the video directly from your camera roll/gallery.

TIPS FOR RECORDING YOUR VIDEO

  • Please film in landscape format.
  • Please try to look straight down the lens when you are talking.
  • Keep your phone/camera as stable as possible – you could use a tripod (if you have one) or prop it up against something to keep it steady.
  • Please try to avoid filming with a window directly behind you (this can often significantly darken the footage of the person on camera).
  • Please try to avoid wearing striped clothing (these can create a strobe effect on screen).
  • Please record in an area with no background noise.
