Commercialising Social Sciences for Impact

Northumbria University

-

The IP Commercialisation team (of Research and Innovation Services) is excited to announce a researchers networking event for sharing new updates on ‘Notable Initiatives and Ambitions for Knowledge Exchange in Social Sciences’ and ‘Approaches of enabling Commercialisation of Social Science Innovations’ at Northumbria University.

This event focuses on both 'monetisable and non-monetisable' projects of non-STEM research background (e.g. Arts, Designs, Humanities, Business, Law, etc.). Since Social Science innovations often make use of the applications of IT-enabled services and software/app tools to achieve successful commercial exploitation and reach the target audiences, academics/researchers/technicians from STEM background may attend this event to explore possible partnerships with non-STEM researchers.
