How important is it to be an ally?
‘I am proud to be a LGBTQ* ally at the University. Being an ally is really important regardless of your own sexuality and the rainbow lanyard is a visible sign that staff can give to their commitment to creating an inclusive environment. I believe that everyone should feel able, and safe, to be themselves in the workplace. ‘
