Career Path: Partner Performance Senior, Silverbean
Location: Newcastle Upon-Tyne, UK

I have always been interested in Marketing and knew that when I graduated I wanted to stay in Newcastle and find a job in the industry. After a few months of looking, I contacted a recruitment agency who were able to help me land my graduate role as a Client Partner in a Newcastle advertising agency - during my years at uni, I participated in multiple work experience opportunities within the industry and also decided to do the business consultancy project, this provided me with great tangible work examples that I was able to use at interview.

What are you doing now?Rebecca Marley

After a few years within their account management team, I was given the opportunity to launch a new function in the agency that focuses on innovation and the publishers that we work with. At Silverbean I am able to work with a range of global brands across a variety of sectors.
