Graduate Futures are excited to announce the launch of 36 new e-learning support videos and articles on their Careers Online e-learning hub!

In today's fast-paced and ever-changing job market, it is more important than ever to continue to manage your career in a proactive way. We know that being able to manage your career effectively can mean the difference between success and stagnation; so our exclusive career resources exist to develop your skills and knowledge to help you take control of and enhance your career.

All articles and videos can be accessed here under the e-learning menu and cover a range of topics. This includes setting SMART goals, approaching career conversations, developing a career plan, coping with pressure at work, and managing working relationships. You can browse this directory by category or even industry to access practical advice and strategies, bringing you insights from professionals as they discuss the latest trends and best workplace practices.

We understand that managing your career can be a daunting task, which is why Graduate Futures continue to offer appointments for all Northumbria graduates for up to five years after graduation. Their specialist and experienced Graduate Careers Advisers can provide one-on-one support to help you navigate the job market, develop your career skills or even find your next career move!
