Join us at the Northumbria Graduate Jobs and Placements Fair 2023 on 31 October 2023

Want to secure your ideal graduate job or placement role?

Meet over 100 regional, national and international employers actively recruiting to placements, work experience and graduate roles.

Northumbria University’s Graduate Jobs and Placements Fair is back on campus in Newcastle this Halloween.  With so many employers in one place, on one day, this is the ideal way to boost your graduate job hunt.

Whatever you studied, employers from many career sectors will be keen to meet you due to the transferable skills you gained throughout your time at university. Careers sectors represented include law, business, IT, finance, government and public services, construction, engineering and retail. See our JobsOnline website for a list of employers attending. You may need to register to access the website, if you didn’t update your account before you graduated.

Around two thirds of employers will be offering opportunities to graduates from any degree discipline - there really is something for everyone!

Feedback from previous events has been fantastic:

  • “It's the best way to network and find opportunities that suit you.”
  • “I managed to get information on the graduate roles available from different companies, some of which I had not heard about previously.”
  • “I have already applied for some companies who I talked with at the careers fair as it helped to strengthen my application.”

No need to book for the Fair, just turn up on the day.

Quiet Period from 10.30am - 11am

To improve accessibility for those with sensory differences, there will be a quiet period for half an hour at the start of the Fair. During this time, there will be fewer people and no music playing. Graduate Futures staff will be on hand for support. Let us know if you require any adjustments by contacting nucareers@northumbria.ac.uk.
