Graduate Fashion Week 2022

We are delighted to invite you to our Northumbria University Graduate Fashion Week event, which will celebrate collectively the class of 2022 from our three Fashion programmes: BA (Hons) Fashion, BA (Hons) Fashion Communication and BA (Hons) Fashion Design and Marketing.

This year’s event is in the form of a presentation held in a purpose-built dome at Graduate Fashion Week on Friday 24 June 2022, at Coal Drops Yard, Kings Cross, London. Doors will open at 12:45pm and we will begin with a celebratory drink prior to the showcase start at 1pm.

  • 1pm - BA (Hons) Fashion students will showcase 30 outfits that celebrate the creative craftsmanship of the programme. We explore and encapsulate the moving body through pattern cutting, print and knitwear design.
  • 1:25pm - BA (Hons) Fashion Communication students will present a showcase film representing the class of 2022.
  • 1:35pm - BA (Hons) Fashion Design and Marketing will show 15 outfits that demonstrate garments for future fashion and niche markets.
  • 2pm - 3pm - will provide an opportunity for our guests to meet and talk to our Fashion staff and graduates.
