  • Northumbria University works with a range of high profile cultural partners, including BALTIC Centre for Contemporary Art, Live Theatre, Great North Run Culture, National Trust and Tyne & Wear Archives and Museums providing students with industry exposure and live project opportunities. The partnership with BALTIC Centre for Contemporary Art has seen the creation of the BxNU postgraduate project space within BALTIC 39, a purpose-built arts facility
  • The Woon Foundation art competition has annual prizes totalling £40,000 and is open to all UK Fine Art graduates, supported by Northumbria University law alumnus, Mr Wee Teng Woon, as well as the Warwick Stafford Fine Art Prize, a legacy from Fine Art graduate, the late Warwick Stafford
